Hi Community team,
Typically, we can view Open, Acknowledged or Resolved incidents for a specific team or All Teams.
However, our management team is interested in checking Acknowledged incidents, that may be about to expire or escalate.
Is there an option that will allow us to see this for several incidents? or a way to do this?? from the Incidents menu item Or adjust filter?
I know you can inspect a specific incident, checking the timeline, shows acknowledged alert, or if it’s been snoozed.
